I understand the thing in which you say, and I also know that you want to act upon the anger and irking that has been holding you down for so long. Despite this, however, you should think of the outcome of any of your actions before you go forth and do what you feel you have to do.

Are you going to do physical retalliation? If so, then you might want to consider that her insults were verbal; some may see a physical attack on verbal abuse to be overstepping boundaries. Will your retalliation be something extreme? If so, try to think of how that may affect you both. As of now, what she say's is just that, words; if you go beyond that in your actions, then she may get physical, which may result in more problems than you originally had. Are you planning to use verbal abuse to "fight fire with fire?" Again, remember that your words may affect how things go from here, and you should think clearly about what you want to tell her beforehand.

Everyone else tells you to let it go, but that's because they are just viewers, not experiencers. From my own background, I have experienced quite a bit, and I feel I know your problems; being 6'2" and 295 lbs, I've always been the "fat kid" that everyone picks on back in high school. I was also a nerd, with hurt me more by placing me in two categories of ridicule.

All I can really advise is that you do the opposite of the classic saying; you should "fight fire with water." Do not be mean to her in return but, instead, be nice, kind, and considerate. Treat her the opposite of what she's been treating you. I'm not saying that you should wait on her hand-and-foot, I'm saying that you should be nice when capable. In doing this, you will show that you are better than her, and that you don't have to resort to pity jeers on others. She will remember that you never did anything to her in the future and, in time, her conscience will relate unto her the emotional pain that she made you feel.

If you still feel trapped, you can always talk to others about it, like your parents, or even talk to her about it, letting her know how you feel.
